Across East Africa, over 65% of women and girls lack access to safe, affordable menstrual products, affecting their health, education, and income. Meanwhile, water hyacinth damages Lake Victoria’s ecosystems and local livelihoods.

Through a women-led circular economy model, GoGreenFlow transforms this invasive plant into eco-friendly pads and dignified green jobs—restoring waterways while advancing menstrual health.
