EXPECTED IMPACT AT A GLANCE

  • 60–100 women trained and 25–40 employed in eco-harvesting, pad production, and distribution

  • 30,000–50,000 biodegradable pads produced annually

  • 10–20 tonnes of water hyacinth removed each year

  • 25–40 tonnes of CO₂e emissions avoided annually through reduced plastic waste and biochar production

  • 2,000–4,000 girls and community members reached with menstrual health education through partner schools and NGOs

  • 2–4 tonnes of compost generated annually, consistent with pad-production volume and biochar/composting capacity

OUR VISION FOR 2030

By 2030, GoGreenFlow aims to expand sustainably while maintaining quality, local ownership, and community impact:

  • 300,000–400,000 biodegradable pads produced annually, supported by one central facility and one satellite unit

  • Two regional hubs (Kisumu and Narok) established for training, production, and community outreach

  • A small Women’s Innovation & Training Center providing R&D, business training, and materials testing

  • A pilot carbon-credit or impact-measurement system, focusing on plastic reduction and water hyacinth removal rather than full-scale carbon markets

  • Expansion into 1–2 adjacent East African markets or refugee settings through partnerships, not independent factories

  • 150–200 women trained and 80–120 employed as the enterprise scales responsibly

By 2030, GoGreenFlow will be a leading force in East Africa’s women-powered circular economy — transforming ecological restoration into social and economic renewal for generations to come.
