KATHERINE LAMBERT-DE GAULLIER DES BORDES, CREATOR & CO-FOUNDER
Katherine Lambert-de Gaullier des Bordes created GoGreenFlow through a deeply personal journey. After years of struggling with misdiagnosed endometriosis and adenomyosis — and being repeatedly dismissed by doctors around the world — she decided to transform her pain into purpose. Determined to challenge the silence and stigma surrounding menstruation, she founded Stop the Shame Period, a registered non-profit dedicated to breaking the myths and taboos that continue to marginalise women and girls.
With the help of volunteers from University College London (UCL) and London School of Economics (LSE), Katherine developed a prototype of the GoGreenFlow pad and shaped the broader vision and strategy for the initiative.
A graduate of Smith College (USA) and Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, Katherine has always believed in the power of storytelling to drive change. Drawing on her background as a non-fiction television producer, she uses participatory visual storytelling to highlight women’s leadership in climate action — voices too often left unheard.
Today, she is producing a participatory documentary chronicling the evolution of GoGreenFlow and the women at its heart — their struggles, their hopes, and the profound impact they are creating in their communities and beyond.
